Good news and not so good news for me and other U.S. residents who own OLE shares and were going to tender our shares to TGZ.
The bad is unless you reside in the states noted below, you will not be able to receive shares per the July 30th deadline tender offer.
The good news is I had a pleasant chat with Richard Young, the President of TGZ today. He was not only very confident of a successful tender offer and bright future for the merged company, but said a plan of arrangement with OLE would take place on a successful tender offer that will offer to acquire all the remaining shares outstanding of OLE at the exact conversion rate the first tender did ( I say first on the outside chance there may be an increase but wouldn’t hold one’s breath).
